Sunlit forest path winding through tall trees
Slow on purpose

Step away from the scroll. Step into your day.

We build structured, friendly digital detox programs for people who want fewer notifications, better focus, and more time for what actually matters.

What we do

A calmer relationship with your devices

Four small shifts, repeated over a few weeks, can change how your phone, your inbox and your evenings feel.

Personal audit

Map your current screen patterns honestly so you can decide what is worth keeping.

Gentle boundaries

Set realistic limits around work hours, meals and the first 30 minutes of your morning.

Replacement habits

Swap doom-scrolling for short rituals: a walk, a notebook, a phone-call with a friend.

Weekly check-ins

Track progress with simple prompts and quietly adjust your plan as life happens.

Our approach

Built for real schedules, not retreats in the woods

Most people cannot disappear for a month. Our programs assume you have a job, a phone-based calendar, group chats and responsibilities. We work within that life rather than against it.

Each plan begins with a short conversation about your goals, then becomes a four to six week structure with daily micro-actions, weekly resets and optional group sessions.

See how it works
Your first month

A simple, four-week rhythm

Week 1

Observe without judgement

You log screen patterns, identify three friction points and pick one habit to redesign.

Week 2

Reshape mornings & evenings

Quiet alerts, move chargers out of the bedroom, and add a short offline routine on each side of the day.

Week 3

Carve out focus blocks

Two daily 60-minute windows for deep work with notifications paused and tabs closed.

Week 4

Review & lock-in

Keep what works, drop what feels forced, plan an optional weekend offline reset.
